About the role
Launch day should be the most boring day of a project. You'll make it so. Our platform team builds the infrastructure, delivery pipelines and observability behind every product we launch, for clients who can't afford outages.
You'll work across client engagements and our own internal platform, setting the standards other teams build on.
What you'll do
- Design and run cloud infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar) across AWS, GCP and Azure.
- Build CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, security scanning and one-command rollback.
- Set up monitoring, alerting, logging and on-call practices that reach a human when it matters.
- Run load testing, capacity planning and launch readiness reviews.
- Harden security: secrets management, least-privilege access and dependency scanning.
- Support AI workloads, including cost controls, rate limits and model observability.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering.
- Strong experience with at least one major cloud and infrastructure as code.
- Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes or ECS).
- Scripting in Bash plus Python or Go.
- A calm head during incidents and a habit of writing things down.
Nice to have
- Cloud certifications (AWS, GCP or Azure).
- Experience with compliance-heavy environments such as fintech or healthcare.
- FinOps experience: making cloud bills smaller on purpose.
How we work
Every team works to the same five engineering tenets:
- Pair programming as the default, not a punishment.
- Test-driven development: red, green, refactor.
- Collective code ownership: no heroes, no single points of failure.
- Infrastructure as code, so environments are rebuilt in minutes.
- Iterative delivery with real stakeholder feedback every sprint.
What we offer
- Product work for startups through Fortune 500 companies, across fintech, healthcare, media and AI.
- A real learning budget and an AI certification track, alongside 15+ Anthropic-certified architects.
- A team that pairs, reviews and ships together, with the autonomy to own outcomes.
- Clear growth paths into technical leadership.
How hiring works
- Apply with your CV and a short note. A real person reads every application.
- Intro call (30 minutes) about what you've built and what you want next.
- Pairing session on a realistic problem. No trick puzzles, no whiteboard algorithms.
- Meet the team, then a decision. We aim to keep the whole process short and keep you posted throughout.
