Plain English: what we collect on this website, why, who helps us process it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
This policy explains how Launch Ventures (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, launchventures.co. Launch Ventures includes Launch Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates, including Launch Ventures Technology Partners FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
For anything about this policy or your personal information, email care@launchventures.co.
Your name, work email, company, region, what you need help with, budget range, your message and, if you used the team builder, the team you planned. A hidden spam-trap field and the page you sent the form from are also recorded.
Your name, email, phone number, location, the role, years of experience, notice period, LinkedIn or portfolio link, your message, your CV and your consent to store the application.
We use PostHog analytics to understand how the site is used. It records the pages you view, where you came from (including campaign tags), clicks and interactions, the settings you choose in the team builder, your browser, device and screen size, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We also record anonymised session replays so we can fix usability problems; every form input is masked in those recordings, so we never see what you type.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and the page requested) to run and secure the site.
We don’t sell your information, we don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t build marketing profiles from your browsing.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics runs without cookies: it uses your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, so we can’t recognise you across visits.
When a form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, it may use strictly necessary technical data to tell people from bots. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google’s servers.
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website, under contracts that limit their use of it to providing their service to us:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosts the website and processes form submissions |
| Resend | Delivers enquiry, application and confirmation emails |
| PostHog | Website analytics and session replay (data stored in the United States) |
| Cloudflare | Turnstile spam and bot protection on our forms |
| Web fonts, and our business email where your enquiry or application is received |
Enquiries and applications are read by the Launch Ventures people who need them, such as our leadership and hiring team. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganised.
We work across the UAE, the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore and India, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may have the right to:
To use any of these rights, email care@launchventures.co. We’ll respond within the time the law allows, usually within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, limit access to personal information to the people who need it, and choose providers with strong security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will act quickly if something goes wrong.
This website is for businesses and job seekers. It isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make that clear on the site.
