About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, launchventures.co, run by Launch Ventures (“we”, “us”), including Launch Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse, read and share links to our pages. Please don’t:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, its forms or the systems behind them;
  • upload malware, or send spam or automated submissions through our forms;
  • scrape or copy the site in bulk, except by search engines and AI services that respect our robots.txt;
  • pretend to be someone else when you contact us or apply for a job.

Information on the site

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but its content is general information about Launch Ventures and our work. It isn’t professional, technical, legal or financial advice for your situation. Case studies and results describe past projects and don’t guarantee future outcomes.

We may change, update or remove any part of the site at any time.

Team builder and indicative budgets

The team builder and any figures on the site are indicative estimates for planning only. They aren’t a quote, an offer or a commitment to provide services at a particular price. Pricing is agreed only in a signed proposal or agreement, once we understand the scope, roles and seniority you need.

Enquiries and job applications

When you send an enquiry or apply for a job, please make sure the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including anything about your company or your CV. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract, and applying for a role doesn’t create an offer of employment. How we handle the information you send is explained in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, including text, design, graphics, videos, the Launch Ventures, Launch Agents and Talking Shops names and logos, belongs to Launch Ventures or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. We show them to describe work we’ve done, and their use doesn’t imply endorsement beyond that.

The site links to other websites and services, such as LinkedIn, our product sites and partner pages. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free or free of viruses, and we exclude all warranties about the site and its content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Launch Ventures isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
